Your account contains your delivery and billing details and a record of your orders.
You will need your e-mail address and password to see or edit your personal details.

Password Info
If you can't remember your Password, go to the My Account page, enter your e-mail address,
click on 'Forgotten your password?' and it will be automatically e-mailed to you
(write it down and keep it somewhere safe).

Please note that, for security reasons, our Customer Service team cannot see your password, so are unable to confirm it for you.

New Customer
If you are a New Customer, you can create an account by going to the My Account page.

We will not disclose rent or sell any information about you to any third parties.

Checking your details
If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to CX London you may do so by signing into your account.
You then have the ability to edit your details.

CX Members Newsletter
As an account member you will receive a CX members newsletter by e-mail informing of discount codes, latest products and special offers.
Our e-mails will only ever refer to CX London Boutique , discount codes and special offers.

Cancelling an Account
Is very easy.
All e-mails you receive from us will include specific instructions on how to unsubscribe / cancel an account.
Additionally you have the following options for unsubscribing / removing your information from our database at any time :

(1) send an email to customerservice@cxlondon.com

(2) select the opt-out link at the bottom of any CX London email and follow the instructions provided;
