Returns Info
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from CX LONDON.COM However, if you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your order, then we will refund or exchange the item as long as you return it to us in its original condition with packaging / swing tags & documentation within 28 days of receiving the order.

If the goods are returned as detailed above, we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

Please ensure that you enclose a note giving your reason for return, name, address, telephone number, invoice number, and details of replacement if required.

The product will be your responsibility until it reaches us. You will also be responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We recommend getting a certificate of postage when returning items and this costs nothing from the Post Office. All returns should be sent to:

Important - Distance Selling Regulations
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.

If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us or email clearly stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice within seven working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order.

Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address below - we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items. Please mark all parcels clearly with your returns number.
